
Jacob McMillan
With nearly a decade of experience in wireless, Mr. McMillan has become an expert in building long-lasting relationships with key players in the industry. He started his career in wireless in 2009 as a Sales Professional with Cellular Sales, one of the largest Verizon Wireless Premium Retailers in the United States.

In 2012, Jacob spent time consulting with Cell Phone Repair Franchise Systems, Inc. (CPR), the largest cell phone repair retail chain in the U.S. In his time there, he developed a successful pre-owned device program that fed the needs of more than 150 franchisees nationwide.

In 2013, Jacob was recruited by Phobio LLC, an industry-leading pre-owned device trade-in program, servicing more than 5,000 of Verizon's premium retailers. In his time at Phobio, he was responsible for global sales of all second-hand devices traded in through Phobio. He also developed an internal repair program that added tremendous value to the bottom line of the organization.

In 2015, Mr. McMillan saw a larger opportunity for professional growth and joined Arrow Electronics, Inc., one of the largest components distributors and IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) corporations in the U.S. Jacob's primary responsibility was to assist in building the mobility division within the organization.
